Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, distribute malicious code, scrape protected information unlawfully, or use the service to violate another person's rights.

Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and for activity performed through their accounts. Suspicious or unauthorized use should be reported promptly.

The directory aims to provide useful metadata but does not guarantee that every title, date, platform, link, image, description, or availability statement is complete or error-free.

Links and embeds may lead to third-party services with separate terms and privacy practices. The directory does not control those third-party services.

Membership plans are prepaid access periods (for example 7 Days, Monthly, or Yearly) sold in INR or USD through the payment provider shown at checkout. Payment is verified by the provider and by our server before access activates. A plan is active for exactly its purchased duration; buying another plan while one is active queues it to start automatically when the current plan ends. Membership never renews or charges automatically, and your billing currency is locked at your first purchase.

Refund requests are accepted only within 24 hours of the payment. To request one, open Support → Billing in your account, create a refund ticket and choose the payment from the list — the system checks the 24-hour window automatically — and support will review and, if eligible, cancel the plan and return the payment to the original method. After the 24-hour window no refund is given, and the plan remains active until its full validity ends. See the Refund Policy for the complete rules.
