Legal information
DMCA and Copyright
The directory respects intellectual-property rights and reviews properly submitted copyright notices.
Directory role
The website is designed as a catalog and discovery directory. Content records, images, links, or embeds should only be published when their use is authorized or otherwise legally permitted.
Submitting a notice
A copyright notice should identify the protected work, identify the allegedly infringing material, provide enough information to locate it, include the claimant's contact details, and contain a good-faith and accuracy statement.
Review process
Valid notices are reviewed and may result in content removal, link removal, restricted access, or requests for additional information. Incomplete or fraudulent notices may not be processed.
Counter notices
Where permitted, an affected publisher may submit a counter notice explaining why the material was removed by mistake or misidentification and providing the legally required declarations.
Repeat issues
Accounts or sources repeatedly associated with verified copyright violations may be restricted or removed from the service.
