Payments and refunds
Refunds are available only within 24 hours of payment — full rules on the Refund Policy page. For any payment issue, open a Billing ticket and choose the payment from the list — the system checks eligibility automatically. You may also mention the order or payment ID in the subject or description if you want.
Membership and account
Check Account → Subscription for your active plan and queue, and Account → Payments for receipts. Forgotten your password? Use the Forgot Password link on the login page — a 6-digit code is emailed to you.
Telegram
Telegram support is not enabled at the moment — please use a support ticket instead.

Use the report button on the series page, or open a ticket with the series link and a short description of the problem.
